Standing in solidarity with Minnesota there is a nationwide call for a general strike today. In NYC there is a protest planned at 4pm in Foley Square....
If you want to join the Foley Square event with others from Columbia meet beforehand (at 3pm) and head to protest together...from two locations:
Morningside - 116th Broadway Gates by 1 train at 3pm, OR,
CUMC – Black Building Lobby at 3pm
And even if you cannot join the protest today:
ECONOMIC Boycott – please consider avoiding purchasing from ICE-aligned businesses like Amazon, Home Depot, Target, and Hilton Hotel Chains
